Global Head of Supply Chain & Procurement

We're now seeking a strategic and results-driven Leader to transform our Supply Chain and Procurement operating model through aligning strategy, systems, and people to deliver performance, resilience, and cost efficiency across the full value chain.

This is a high-impact role where you will architect our global supply network, drive category-led procurement, and embed an integrated operating model across regions and functions.

About the role & key responsibilities

Supply chain

  • Design and optimize a unified global distribution network, balancing cost, service levels, and inventory performance.
  • Consolidate siloed warehouses into strategic DCs; standardize WMS processes and 3PL integration.
  • Lead implementation of integrated S&OP and MRP processes across business lines and regions.
  • Establish governance model with driver-based KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, cost to serve, inventory turns).
  • Introduce continuous improvement programs to enhance efficiency and reduce cost.

Procurement

  • Develop and execute a category-led strategy across direct and indirect spend.
  • Lead strategic sourcing for high-impact categories including materials and contract manufacturing.
  • Implement a unified Procure-to-Pay platform and supplier onboarding standards.
  • Create procurement SLA scorecards and performance monitoring frameworks.
  • Develop business continuity and dual-sourcing strategies for critical materials.
  • Define new role profiles, technical skillsets, and leadership behaviors across the global function.
  • Drive change management and training programs to embed the new operating model regionally and globally.

Qualifications & Profile
  • Deep expertise in S&OP, Distribution network optimization, category management, and P2P platform deployment.
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L and working capital optimization experience.
  • Supplier Relationship Management –ability to lead complex negotiations and co-innovation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated Change Management experience
  • Strong experience in realizing strategy through committed Teams with focus on execution
  • +10 years in combined global supply chain and procurement leadership role
  • Proven track record in global distribution network design and warehouse/3PL transformation.
  • Experience in scaling Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
