We are seeking a Diagnostics Specialist to join our EndomeTRIO team in Igenomix Spain. The selected candidate will be involved in the diagnosis and reporting of various clinical tests related to Endometrial Receptivity and Endometrial Microbiome.
Key responsabilities:
- Interpret and report ERA test (transcriptomic analysis to determine the Receptive status of the endometrium) and EMMA&ALICE tests (microbiome analysis of the endometrium based on real-time PCR customised panel).
- Guidance and client assistance with the tests offered, test ordering, and pre and post analytical steps.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of results using quality control procedures.
- Participate in internal and external quality controls for ERA, EMMA and ALICE.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and privacy for all patient information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences, Biology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques and use of diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent Spanish, both oral and written. Good level of English, both oral and written.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients in providing and retrieving information needed for testing.
- Handle all patient information with the utmost confidentiality and respect for privacy, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

The candidate is required to join the team in Valencia, Spain office. Flexible working hours agreed with the manager. We do not usually work weekends or public holidays but may be required at specific times due to business or client requirements. Therefore, the candidate must be able to work weekends and evenings depending on the workload and specific circumstances.
