We are now seeking a strategic and collaborative Head of Analytics to lead Vitrolife Group’s central analytics team. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for building a strong, trusted data foundation and enabling data-driven decision-making across our global organization.

About the Role
As Head of Analytics, you will lead a skilled enabling team focused on data engineering, modeling, and analytics enablement. Your team is responsible for maintaining and evolving the central data warehouse, providing reliable, well-structured data that supports the entire organization.

Rather than delivering dashboards and reports directly, your focus is to empower teams across the business—enabling them to create their own insights, while ensuring that our data architecture, tooling, and governance practices are scalable and secure. This role is essential in Vitrolife Group’s journey toward a decentralized and mature data culture.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and governance of Vitrolife Group’s group-wide data warehouse and core data models
• Guide and support teams across the business in leveraging self-service analytics tools and practices
• Promote modern, scalable, and secure data architecture aligned with business needs
• Develop and evolve training and enablement programs to increase data literacy across the organization
• Collaborate with IT, product, technology, and business stakeholders to align data priorities and strategy
• Ensure high standards for data quality, governance, and compliance
• Build and develop a high-performing analytics team with a strong culture of enablement and shared ownership

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a relevant university degree and several years of experience leading data or analytics teams in a modern data environment
• Brings hands-on experience with Azure data tools (e.g., Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI)
• Understands data modeling best practices (e.g., dimensional modeling, Data Vault)
• Is passionate about enabling others through training, tooling, and scalable processes
• Has a strong strategic mindset combined with technical competence
• Is fluent in English, with excellent collaboration and communication skills across disciplines

Meriting Experience
• Experience with decentralized data models or Data Mesh principles
• Background in regulated industries such as medtech, life sciences, or healthcare
• Proven leadership in agile and cross-functional environments
• Experience with Power BI governance and self-service strategies
• Strong understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance frameworks
