We are now offering the exciting possibility to join our Commercial Excellence team as Global Pricing Analyst. In this role you will have high visibility in the global organization and possibility to make significant impact to the business.
The Commercial Excellence team is responsible for driving programs related to increasing sales force efficiency.
Key responsibilities
As Global Pricing Analyst you will be working close to our Global Pricing Manager and be be involved in initiatives of high commercial importance. Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret pricing data to support decision-making, ensuring adherence to pricing strategies and guidelines.
- Provide support and guidance to sales teams to optimize pricing and discounts tailored to different customer segments and product bundles.
- Develop and maintain pricing reports to provide insights on market trends, pricing performance, and profitability to support actionable insights and data-driven decision-making
- Lead the annual pricing update process, ensuring accurate implementation and follow up across global markets.
- Work closely with sales, finance, marketing, and operations teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance pricing processes, tools, and methodologies for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Be the go-to-person for pricing data and price analysis
This position requires
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience from similar roles or consulting experience within pricing field
- Excellence in data analytics – with a proven track record to turn large data into actionable insights
- Experience from complex business models involving consumables, services, equipment and digital solutions, preferably from MedTech industries
- Experience from CPQ software – implementation, usage and optimization is a plus
- Proficient in English, Swedish and/or Spanish, both written and verbal
- Advanced skills in MS Excel is a given, and experience from MS Power BI is advantageous
- Extensive global business acumen
- Location in Gothenburg or Valencia

This is permanent, full-time position based in one of our offices in Gothenburg or Valencia. Some international travels may be part of the position.
