Key responsabilities:
- Coordinate and manage the seamless flow of kit orders from our warehouse to customers, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
- Oversee the collection of samples from customers to our laboratory, guaranteeing a smooth and uninterrupted process.
- Ensure on-time delivery of products and samples by optimizing logistics and meeting deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with import and export regulations across international borders, facilitating smooth operations.
- Monitor and enhance logistics performance, making strategic adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers and key partners to ensure reliable and high-quality service.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers, providing shipment updates and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate closely with key teams such as warehouse, customer support, commercial, and laboratory to ensure a streamlined supply chain.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English and French: Demonstrate strong communication skills in both languages (C1 level), Spanish is good to have (minimun B1).
- Minumum 3 years previous experience as logistics specialist
- Educational Background: Hold a minimum qualification of an Intermediate Training Cycle in logistics, international trade, or a related field.
- Tech-Savvy: Possess advanced knowledge of office software and familiarity with Salesforce & Navision is highly appreciated.
- Team Player: Exhibit excellent teamwork abilities and a collaborative spirit.
