Experienced and passionate marketing professional
The Global Marketing team is looking for a strong digital marketing communication professional that will be responsible for the social media strategy and content creation. This person will also play an instrumental part of key event projects and major communication campaigns. This includes managing a mix of traditional and digital, paid and earned tactics to drive audience engagement and ROI. This position serves as a central point for major marketing communications across all brands and Market Regions. You will be part of the broader Global Marketing & Academy team, where you will experience lots of collaboration, reporting into VP of Global Marketing.
With your excellent communication skills, your digital savviness and your extensive marketing experience, you know how to develop social media strategies and strong marketing content on social media reflecting the target groups. In addition, you have experience of planning and driving global communication and event projects. You are mastering the art of multicultural and cross-functional collaboration, and you preferably already know how to navigate in a global setting dealing with lots of stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
• Building on the corpore Strategy as well as the Global Marketing plan, ensure to implement creative, effective tactics that differentiate our brands from competition and align with the overarching marketing communications strategy related to product launches and key campaigns.
• Develop social media strategies and generate compelling, engaging content for global social media channels to reach relevant target groups. Responsible for social media plan, & communication calendar.
• Important member of the project team who leads key global events ensuring state of the art booth concept as well as strong external communication before, during and after the events.
• Responsible for planning and execution of webinars related to campaigns and launches.
• Being a strong Vitrolife Group brand ambassador ensuring all sales and marketing collateral reflects and adheres to corporate branding standards.
• Developing materials, presentations and other marketing communication assets to support corporate communications.
• Creating and maintaining project plans to successfully move all projects forward in a timely, collaborative and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the wider organisation to plan and execute market surveys.
• Represent Global Marketing in relevant projects where there is a need for involvement.
Who are you?
• A master’s degree in marketing, communication or similar.
• 5+ experience from Social media communication roles, preferably with a digital marketing certificate.
• 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Communications role developing content.
• At least 5 years of work experience from digital marketing/omnichannel and marketing automation as it relates to digitalize the customer journey.
• Strong experience within marketing and brand management, preferably from the medical device industry or fast mover consumer industry.
• Experience from project management of cross-functional teams, a high level of capability to build trust and work in a prestige less environment.
• Flexibility to travel to key events / Market Regions and customers approx. 10 days annually
• Previous experience in following systems/programs is preferred: HootSuite, GoToWebinar, Questback marketing survey system, Adobe suite (focus on inDesign and Photoshoot and Premiere Pro) SalesForce marketing cloud.
• Very good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
