Project Manager

Summary
We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Manager, to lead and drive project initiatives from inception to completion within the in vitro medical devices field. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and budget adherence. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s objectives.

Main responsibilities
- Develop governance frameworks to monitor and review project progress and compliance.
- Define project scope, objectives and deliverables that align with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation and budget forecasts.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports according to Igenomix standardized project management methodologies, tools and templates.
- Organize and lead project meetings, updates, and presentations. Motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Coordinate with department leaders to assign project resources and manage resource availability. Ensure optimal utilisation of team members and adjust priorities as necessary.
- Conduct regular project reviews, highlighting risks, dependencies, and potential issues. Ensure team alignment.
- Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and project teams.
- Prepare and deliver regular project reports and executive summaries to senior management.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks. Escalate unresolved project issues and provide recommendations for mitigation in a timely manner.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field (Masters Degree preferred).
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) would be preferred.
Experience
- Experience in project management or PMO roles and proven track record of managing multiple projects.
- Project management experience in medical devices, in vitro diagnostics, Pharma or similar environments would be valuable.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Jira, PPM Express)
- Strong background in resource planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Experience in conflict resolution.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment. Strong team player.
- Advanced English language skills, including the ability to write clear, concise documentation and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
*This role offers a hybrid work environment, with 4 days per week based in our office and 1 day available for remote work.
*The employee will be based in Valencia (Parque tecnológico de Paterna).
